I'm Skanska USA Building's chief estimator for marine projects in and around New York City. Some projects that I've been involved with include: the reconstruction of Rockaway Boardwalk in Queens, East Midtown Greenway on the East River, Little Island at Pier 55 on the Hudson River, Muscota Marsh for Columbia University and Sherman Creek Boathouse for Row NY on the Harlem River, and currently pursuing the North/West Battery Park City Resiliency project.
