Mr. Vickers is Managing Director and Founder of MRV Group, a national diversity supplier, and development firm based in Brooklyn, N.Y.  Under his leadership, MRV’s team works directly with public-private partners to provide equitable corporate and community-based solutions with a focus on economic development to meet industry needs in government, construction, energy, transportation, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.  Applying MRV’s strategies in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ), MRV lens provides a unique synergy between economic and workforce development, infrastructure supply chain diversity, and community inclusion.
